Our legal and technical training allows us to provide you with personalized advice for all of your real estate projects: creation of plans, definition of property boundaries, establishment of joint ownerships, siting of buildings, creation of building plots, etc.
Ideally located in the heart of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, we operate daily in Dordogne and Charente, regularly in Gironde and occasionally throughout the region. We operate throughout France for specific work on request.

Definition of property
Title deeds and cadastral records may not offer sufficient guarantees. The cadastre has a merely fiscal purpose, therefore it is not meant to define boundaries with precision. We are the natural advisers for all the property-related matters. We help you carry your projects through to a successful conclusion.
Topography & architectural surveys
Thanks to our technical training and expertise, we are competent to carry out many topographical services meeting the needs of a diverse clientele: individuals, contractors, owners, real estate professionals, infrastructure managers, etc.
Operational urban planning
Thanks to our expertise in urban planning and our solid legal training, we are the preferred partner for local authorities and urban development project coordinators. We manage application files for land use permits required for construction and development.

Our office was established in 1981 in Ribérac, it holds the archives of the following offices:
Louis Lacoste, chartered land surveyor in Saint-Léon-sur-l'Isle from 1924 to 1972 (now in Neuvic) ;
Jean Blandin, chartered land surveyor in Périgueux from 1962 to 1988 (partial archives 1984-1988, earlier archives have disappeared) ;
Philippe Rallion, chartered land surveyor in Ribérac from 1981 to 2021.
These archives are systematically analyzed at the time of opening of each new project, and gradually geolocated and digitized on geofoncier.fr
